The African Access to Health Network (AHA) is seeking qualified consultants to strengthen its initiatives to improve access to healthcare in Africa. The objective of this tender is to select experts who will bring their expertise in key AHA areas. - Context

We are looking for experienced consultants with proven expertise in their field, demonstrating a commitment to innovation, excellence and positive impact in the field of public health. Previous experience in international consultancy projects would be an asset. Consultants will be sought in the following areas:
– Supply chain and health input management
– Assessment and optimization of drug and medical supply procurement processes, inventory management, medical logistics, etc.
– Implementation of supply chain monitoring and control systems.
– Health information system and data management.
– Analysis of information systems needs.
– Development and implementation of digital solutions for health data management.
– Implementation of surveillance systems, evaluation of health program effectiveness, monitoring of health indicators, etc.
– Innovative health solutions
– Proposal of innovative initiatives to improve access to care.
– Evaluation of the effectiveness of existing solutions.
– Governance and care management structures
– Strengthening of local management and operational capacities.
– Support for the establishment of governance structures at local, regional and national level.
– Health financing
– Identification of innovative mechanisms for financing health systems. - Selection Procedure
